Where you cannot please everyone. Through the past several years of technological boom, the Internet, social media and more have paved the way to the current era of engagement. Customer engagement with businesses are expected and even required for some service companies and even those companies that provide a tangible product to an end user. Some companies provide a price-advantage and others provide a value-benefit through customer service, and others differentiate on other methods. Wal-Mart for example has the best low prices, and no one can beat them because of their relationship with their suppliers and excellent supply chain; however if you ever attend the large super store, Wal-Mart, you will find 3 cashiers open and 50 customers lined up for miles in each. Then you will realize they don’t care to open another register, and that employee, shuffling dirt around, is not going to assist you with every need…
