All services are done by appointment. Please feel free to call to set up your appointment. All new memberships can obtain an Rx for a discount rate, by having their physician fill out a release form. Please be prepared to bring a valid photo ID, proof of current enrollment in a college or high school, if applicable, along with check or banking ACH or withdrawal form with current banking information.
